Economic independence and self-esteem are two viable routes to the greater goal of self-reliance for teens today. To this end, The Diamond in the Raw Foundation hosts Career Workshops to uncover what is happening behind the scenes in Hollywood. The program is designed to encourage career planning, business basics, financial fitness, and self-esteem.

Our workshops present teens with the skills needed to assume adult roles with strength, optimism, and leadership qualities.  With the support of successful businesswomen, experienced mentors and facilitators sharing their ideas, we hope to offer a great head start towards a dream career.  Through the workshops, our goal is to educate teens about what it takes to succeed.
