The Diamond in the Raw Foundation has been a good learning experience. I have learned that there are so many possible things you can do in life. Don't always try to succeed in one thing, do it all. And without this program I would have never tried to push myself to have a future job in the entertainment industry. Each meeting was great, expanded my knowledge of the entertainment industry. I also had a chance to meet people I would have never thought I would be able to meet and get to talk to. At meetings we would talk to someone from the industry and basically interview them. Also our flied trips were the best, going onto the set of Lincoln Heights was amazing because I always wanted to see how shows were made. That opportunity was outstanding and so was our trip to Encore Hollywood Productions, we had the chance to see how its done on camera and on computer. I loved everything about the program.  La Faye has done so much to provide us with everything we need to know and I would like to thank her for this opportunity. And to end the program with the hotel sleepover was too much fun, especially for my first time spending the night at a hotel. The hotel was amazing, being with close people, staying up, singing and dancing. Then it was finally the award show, there was so much going on. It was kind of weird watching our skit "Lipstick" being one of the main characters because I never before had the chance to be on the camera like that. As I had watched it, I remembered the day we had shot the skit. That day was long and fun and the best experience, I had the chance to see how it really is as a actress. After that experience, I still want to succeed as an actress. I am so blessed now to have the knowledge of the jobs you can have in the entertainment industry.  I am going to take in everything I was told and be as successful as I want to and can be. This will not be the end of my learning experience. I look forward to more programs like this. Once again, Thank You La Faye Baker for everything you have done.
