CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

JEWEL OF THE YEAR: This award is dedicated to the stuntwoman who
consistently generates work due to her talent, work ethic, charisma and
personality. In a short essay please describe the characteristics of this
stuntwoman and explain what qualifies her for this category.

MENTORSHIP AWARD: This award is for a stuntwoman or stunt coordinator
who has been instrumental in mentoring at least two stuntwomen during their
careers. Please describe the mentoring characteristics of the above nominee and
provide the names of this stuntwoman’s mentees for this category. Please give
three reasons why this stuntwoman qualifies for the mentorship award and
provide the names and email addresses of the stuntwomen in which she has
mentored.

*GEM AWARD: This award is for a stunt coordinator who consistently hires
stuntwomen as non-descript and utility performers in stunts as described by the
Screen Actors Guild. Please describe and submit footage which justify this
individual’s qualification this category.

DYNAMIC DUO: This awards is for an action-oriented actress and her stunt
double, whose collaboration creates seamless action stunt sequences. Please
submit footage which justifies why these two individuals qualify for this category.

“WOW” AWARD: STUNTWOMAN OF THE YEAR: This award is for the
stuntwoman who has performed phenomenal and memorable stunts in television,
movies or commercials from August 08-August
